What Obama Is Doing For Fidel Castro’s Funeral Will Make You SICK

Millions of people all over the world breathed a sigh of relief last Friday when the diabolical Cuban dictator Fidel Castro finally passed away at the age of 90. That’s why many Americans were furious when Barack Obama spoke out immediately after Castro’s death to basically honor him and send his condolences to his family.

Now, Obama has made things even worse by announcing that he will be sending two top U.S. officials to attend Castro’s funeral. USA Today reported that Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes and Ambassador Jeffrey DeLaurentis, the chief U.S. diplomat in Havana, will attend the funeral this week as representatives of the United States.

“Obviously, so much of the diplomatic relationship with Cuba is quite complicated,” said White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest. “We continue to have some significant concerns about the way the Cuban government operates, including protecting the basic human rights of the Cuban people.”

Earnest added that the presence of these two officials is meant to “show our commitment to an ongoing, future-oriented relationship with the Cuban people.”

This came after Texas Senator Ted Cruz said Cruz’s death presents “an interesting test” for American officials.

“It is a real opportunity for U.S. officials to show where they stand. Let’s stand with human rights and let’s not celebrate someone who has 60 years of blood on his hands,” Cruz told ABC News’ Martha Raddatz. “I hope we don’t see Barack Obama and Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton and the Democrats lining up to lionize a murderous tyrant and thug. If you wouldn’t go to Pol Pot’s funeral or Stalin’s funeral or Mao’s funeral because they were murderous communist dictators then you shouldn’t be doing what Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau are doing, which is celebrating Fidel Castro, a murderous communist dictator.”

It’s sickening that Obama is actually sending American officials to attend the funeral of a murderous, communist dictator. SHAR
